With over 30 years of accumulated expertise, WSCS has developed a deep understanding of polyurethane materials and independently created multiple high-performance compounds. These include polyurethane systems based on MDI, TDI, NDI, and PPDI, as well as modified rubber and MC nylon. We hold trademark rights for six proprietary materials and utilize over 20 types of imported raw materials.

Vulklthan ® (94 Shore A)

Vulklthan ® A high elasticity polyurethane elastomer suitable for demanding dynamic applications. This material has excellent mechanical properties, high dynamic load capacity, high wear resistance and resilience, and very low compression permanent deformation.

Vogthan ® (93-96 Shore A)

To address the inherent heat generation issue of polyurethane rollers (heat that accumulates continuously inside the rollers when the rollers are running at high speeds), Vogthan® developed this low inherent heat generation material. This material can maintain a low temperature even at high speeds (over 20 m/s), thereby maximizing the mechanical properties and service life of the rollers. It also offers excellent wear resistance and resilience.


Vogthan® is a low-heat, high-performance material we developed specifically to address the degradation of roller performance caused by excessive internal heat generation in ultra-high-speed rollers. It exhibits lower internal heat generation. Under the same operating conditions, Vogthan's internal heat generation is 5-15°C lower than that of ordinary polyurethane. Even at higher temperatures (150°C), it maintains outstanding toughness, wear resistance, and cut resistance, while maintaining its mechanical properties.

Wicthan ® (85-92 Shore A)

Wicthan® is a roller material we developed specifically for forklifts and other construction vehicles. It features very low roller resistance, excellent wear resistance, and extremely low compression set. It also has excellent hydrolysis resistance and can be used in hot and humid environments.


Wicthan® is a high-performance material specially developed for conventional drive wheels. It has excellent mechanical properties and wear resistance. Due to its large-scale use, it has a very high cost-effectiveness. This material has been very well verified in large quantities and various working conditions. Its safety and reliability are unanimously recognized, and its service life is 1.5 to 3 times longer than that of ordinary polyurethane.

Blichthan ® (85-95 shore A)

Blichthan® is a new high-quality polyurethane elastomer we have developed that reduces starting and rolling resistance, has high dynamic load capacity, excellent wear resistance and high impact toughness.


Blichthan® is a high-performance, high-hardness polyurethane material specially developed for slow-speed wheels (generally no more than 3 meters per second) and ultra-high load-bearing applications. It has a hardness of up to 70D, very high rigidity and modulus, and load-bearing performance comparable to MC nylon. However, it is more resistant to creep than nylon, and is hard but not brittle. Its load-bearing capacity can be up to three times that of ordinary polyurethane. It can replace nylon wheels and metal rollers with better performance and lifespan, while reducing customer maintenance costs.

Wscsber ® ( 65-92 Shore A)

Wscsber® is a new type of rubber elastomer that offers superior cushioning, grip, and noise reduction compared to polyurethane. Rubber's superior grip provides improved traction, making it suitable for use on slippery surfaces and for applications requiring minimal noise and vibration.


Wscsber® offers medium load capacity and high-speed, uninterrupted motion for extended periods. Furthermore, Wscsber® provides a higher coefficient of friction, increasing friction and preventing slippage. Its low hardness also ensures excellent quietness.

Mcnylon®

Mcnylon® is a new modified MC nylon developed based on MC nylon. Compared to polyurethane, it offers higher load-bearing strength (up to 40T), lower rolling resistance, excellent self-lubrication, and creep resistance.


Mcnylon® is a high-performance modified nylon with a hardness of up to 80D. It features a very low coefficient of friction, extremely low rolling resistance, self-lubrication, high impact resistance, and excellent load-bearing performance.

Standard testing equipment includes dynamic and static wear tests, tear resistance tests, peel strength, dynamic balance inspection, etc. Rollers must pass simulated load and fatigue testing before leaving the factory.
